Marlin 795 Capacity

The Marlin 795 is chambered in .22LR and uses single-stack detachable box magazines with a standard capacity of 10 rounds.  The 795 is known to reliably cycle just about any ammo you feed it, though it functions the best with standard velocity loads.
The Marlin 795 measures 37 inches long and weighs 4.5 pounds unloaded.  This allows for maximum maneuverability out of any rifle with a traditional setup.  Its lack of protruding features minimizes the risk of the rifle getting caught on dense vegetation.

Marlin 795 Ergonomics

Ergonomics
The Marlin 795 features a Monte Carlo style stock which provides a very comfortable and stable cheek weld when using the iron sights.  The trigger is blocked by a cross-bar safety and all of its controls are intuitively placed.  This rifle includes a last-round bolt-hold-open device that is easily actuated by the trigger finger.

Marlin 795 Fit & Finish

The Marlin 795 uses a steel barrel along with steel internal components that are either blued or are made of stainless steel.  The alloy receiver features a black finish to prevent damage from weather and wear.  The composite stocks can sometimes show signs of overpressing from the injection molding process, however a skilled craftsman should have no trouble removing it.
