Can I mount a red dot on this and still be able to fold it? Also, does this accept those Glock drum magazines?

It won't fold completely if you put any optics on it. If you have bad eyesight like me and can't use the iron sights, look into getting a red dot with a quick-detach mount.
Yes, the Glock magazines WILL fit.
