Reliability Issues

My M1 Carbine ran great when I got it but 300 rounds later it's jamming up. I clean it every 50 rounds and use the white lithium grease in the receiver to lube the bolt lugs but it's jamming like crazy. Nothing's broken and I bought a new recoil spring and it's still doing it. Any ideas?

Order some new magazines. It's pretty common for the mags to wear out really quickly. in WWII and Korea, soldiers would use a magazine only once or twice before switching them out for brand new ones. The metal is very weak and then they stop feeding properly.
