Hi Jeffrey, The Overall length is 37.25" Extended, 34.75" collapsed, 25.26" Folded. There's No Rail but it comes with a Adjustable RPK Rear Sight

It will have the mounting point on the left side of the receiver that you can attach a rail to for optics. So yes. Hope that helps!
