What's the best way to hold this?

That handguard looks like it would heat up something fierce. What's the best way to hold this? Should you grip it by the magazine?

Yeah those handguards can definitely get hot if you shoot a lot. There's pictures of Russian soldiers holding it by the magazine, but it's winter for 13 months out of the year there, so they usually were wearing gloves which would protect from the heat a bit. The best way is to hold it very near and dear to your heart and never let it go because if you manage to find one of these super rare babies, you're super lucky.
