The Mossberg Shockwave has a barrel length of 14". Accordingly, with a barrel of less than 16" long, it is considered a "Sawed-off firearm" under Ohio Law. In Ohio, there is no barrel length exception, even with an overall length of 26” or greater. link b

Ohio law says any barrel under 16" is considered sawed off and under state law that weapon system is illegal

Dylan, The only real issue with Ohio is the state says the firearm cannot be modified by a third party from the manufacturer. So I don't know what the caveat is with the regs. Unless a third party adds something like pump strap or birdshead stock after th
